Workplace culture is great. Everyone is willing and ready to help others out and forward them in the right direction to resolve problems. Managers are approachable.
There are many engagement initiatives during office hours to help people to get to know each other. The kitchen is very open and so it's very easy to socialise with others. There is a common lunch table that many people from different departments tend to sit and eat lunch together.
My team is lovely and we do lunches here and there, our overall monthly team meeting is great and friendly. We have a monthly after works drinks in the office which is nice to meet people from different areas of the business
