Straightforward. Online application, phone call, interview then Job offer after 1 week. However, it took long time till i heard back after submitting online application.
The process was not very streamlined. I was interviewed by one team, they decided that I was not suitable for the role. I then had to do a phone interview with another team. However, the HR team were very proactive, in informing me that I had been successful, and getting my contract sorted.
One phone, a few questionnaires and call One interview. It made me feel accomplished when I got the job.
Took a long time
There was an online form to complete, then a video then in-person interview. I was allowed the opportunity to complete the in-person interview over video call since I was interstate which was very appreciated. I was also given a response to my interview very quickly which was very helpful as I had asked what the turnaround would be since I had other offers to consider, and it was significantly faster than predicted. Compared to other company grad programs I applied to, it seemed like a pretty standard process.
