Some good communication & feedback

Yes, they are happy and kind to give feedback and instructions.
The managers and partners are very accessible at Mazars and at times work quite closely with the graduates.
The feedback from managers has been good and I have learned a lot. The biggest issue is that while we're constantly told we can ask as many questions as we need, managers are often busy and it is hard to reach them online. When in the office it's quite easy to go walk to someone and talk, but sometimes while online I send emails/teams messages that don't get seen due to managers workload, which in turn makes communication slow sometimes
