The hours are not flexible and i expect that there would be some busy months but the work from home setup definitely helps.
Work from 9-6 everyday with an hour lunch break i apply for annual leave and sick/personal leave when needed and these are promptly looked at to be approved
Fdm is not very flexible at all, my placement is very flexible so it depends on your placement. When you are at fdm in training/pond it is very static 9-5:30, 1 hour lunch.
1. Very flexible when working from home. 2. Hours are flexible, as long as the required hours are completed and the work is done, my employer supports different hour arrangements.
