I am satisfied with my tasks because the main reason why i chose to work in this firm is for my own learning and development.
The tasks i do can be challenging - but everyday is engaging. at the client i work for, i'm in a sort of leadership position as scrum master for my squad so it does feel meaningful to coordinate people to achieve common goals. technically, as an engineer, the task can be small coding fixes (changing a digit or a variable) to larger fixes (optimising an entire stored procedure) or troubleshooting to find out why there are errors blocking a process.
Pod tasks were not engaging in my experience, luck of the draw what your cohort gets assigned.
Very satisfied - my work may change day to day but what i've done includes: 1. Supporting with video and powerpoint creation. 2. Assist with submissions and consultations. 3. Develop standard operating procedures and facilitate cross-functional communication to support process development. 4. Develop briefing notes and meeting minutes to support team communications and documentation.
