The culture seems really great from what i have seen so far because all of the people who had higher positions than me encourgaed me to message them if i had any questions. They also have a lot of team activities.

During training it is very clear dynamic between student and teacher. All training is online so it is hard to build friendships in your cohort until you are in the pod together in office. Trainers are knowledgeable and helpful (shoutout to sql with josh). Account managers are very friendly, consultants benefit with being outgoing and proactively asking about roles. Anisha arranges great catch ups for the on-placement workers in sydney. Inter-fdm camaraderie between on-placement fdmers is very good.
Great culture in regard to socialisation, cooperation and teamwork. The hierarchy appears to be more of a straight line, with everyone being able to talk to each other as equals.
