The salary for my current graduate position is likely considered standard within the industry. However, when comparing it to other roles I could have pursued in my field of study, I believe my current pay is on the lower end of the spectrum. That said, the role does come with some appealing perks. Occasionally, employees are offered complimentary tickets to shows or sporting events, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience. We’re also invited to occasional team lunches, which are sometimes fully paid for and contribute positively to the workplace culture. There is an option to salary sacrifice for additional leave, but I personally find this less appealing given my current salary level.
The pay is in line with other Big 4 firms, and mid tier firms. Benefits of discounts with providers if they are applicable to your day to day life. WFH Benefit is good for people living out of home.
