Diversity is encouraged in the workplace, and there’s a clear intention to value everyone’s ideas and perspectives. The environment feels inclusive, and people are generally respectful and open-minded. However, I haven’t seen or heard much about specific diversity and inclusion initiatives, so I’m not entirely sure how actively these efforts are being implemented across recruitment, promotion, or other areas. It may be happening behind the scenes or within certain teams, but it hasn’t been a prominent part of my experience so far.
