I have a 9 day fortnight having every second Friday off. I have outstanding sick leave and superannuation.
Workplace is flexible regarding hours & working arrangements (within reason)
Very flexible. We have the ability to work from home, an office or a local depot. We are able to adjust our working hours within reason and so long as it is suitable to the role.

I work almost entirely remotely so flexibility there is top notch, work hours are fairly flexible so long as they're kept within normal business hours (which are far wider than the usual 9-5) so things are very comfortably fit into work life at least in my case. I even get to work a 9 day fortnight so every other Friday I have off
