Everything is modern, easy to access and almost like home.
Office space is reasonably new (5 years old) and facilities are well maintained. Dress code is relaxed (expectation of dressing for your day)
I'm not a huge fan of open offices however that seems to be the way all organisations are moving. However, there has been a huge commitment over the past few years to improve the offices/depots and facilities we work from. No formal dress code but if you are going into the depot yards enclosed footwear, long pants and a high vis vest are required if you aren't wearing the full high vis ppe. I tend to wear jeans, sneakers and my branded polo shirt
Offices can be a mixed bag, more due to the distribution than anything. The major offices are fantastic, in easy to access locations and well appointed with great ammenties, some of the regional depots can be a little less well set up, but they also aren't really designed for long term daily office use. Dress code for office staff is fairly business casual , there is branded uniforms available but they're not an enforced standard (I personally like them though)
