Some managers have bee unrealistic, gaslighting and harsh with their expectations others have commended my work with easy going communication.
Managers are accessible given their workload and responsibilities; mentorship opportunities are available for those that want them. Communication is direct and understandable, with good feedback and recognition for your achievements.
I had some really good managers who became mentors and friends, but I also had some who I felt were very disconnected from the program so I didn't get much support from them or on the flip side of that some micro-managed.
The managers at all levels are very accessible and are happy to mentor and coach employees who seek it out, internal communication tends to be direct on a per person basis so it never feels like an edict handed down from on high, and questions are readily answered and encouraged
