I find as I have adhd I'm very well looked after and not treated differently. I find my employer finds me unique with my quick-thinking brain.

I would say that we are overly committed to diversity. I believe the best candidate for the role should be the one that is offered it regardless of factors of diversity. We have lots of working groups that consider diversity which is playing a positive part in the organisation as a whole.
