Once applied online and applications had been reviewed, a group of around 50 individuals were invited to an assessment day in their city office which included a range of activities in a group setting as well as an interview. A select few were then invited to complete an online assessment.
The interview process and assessment day ran extremely smoothly. There were three activities including a group task, group presentation and interview each having clear correlation to the role. Objectives and expectations were made clear and insight into the role was also clearly established.
Very fair interview process
There were two sets of interviews - each interview had different interviewers. The interviewers were all very nice, friendly and easy to chat with. Went through self-introductions and a list interview questions.
Most recruitment processes in the industry are similar in that they are all extremely competitive, however I found this particular process to be a good middle ground of insight and testing.
