The managers are very approachable and friendly. They ensure you get the right training, and are always there to answer any questions and provide knowledge/assistance. They also check-in on your progress by setting-up monthly catchups.
Managers are very helpful and make great mentors. Associates have their own manager which gives great feedback to continuously learn and grow.
