My team has recommended me to attend a range of training sessions, and I try to get myself involved in as many training and professional development opportunities as possible I also have a mentor as part of the role, who I find a massive help and provides great advice and career help

The Launch program has offered some valuable insight into working in the public sector. Although, I have found that sessions are sometimes out of my comfort zone and do not relate/provide relevant skill-building for career progression in some instances. Professional development opportunities run through Justice itself has been very beneficial however, as I have found that they have allowed me to meaningfully reflect on the program and my experiences, how to progress and grow with relation to those experiences and give insight into strengths and weaknesses that will assist me in my career development.
