Smooth and clear instructions and timelines
It was quite a lengthy and involved process, but standard of other graduate programs I applied for. We had to do a one-way video interview, a skills assessment online test, a 3-hour assessment centre and panel interviews.
Lots of stages, some quite intense (self-interview), some felt a lot more natural (final-round interviews). Having to wait to hear back after so many stages was quite exhausting and the anticipation was difficult to deal with at times.
