Day to day I'm doing planning for fuel management which is really busy which I like, and useful. In the past as a grad I've felt some teams have given me less meaningful work, as I don't think they understood my abilities yet.
Can't complain with what i'm given as a graduate. My work is increasingly consequential and I am being given more agency as time goes on.
