Good flexibility, budget for learning and development
The low salary has put me in a position where I need to work another job, which has adverse outcomes but is unfortunately a necessity for me. The benefit to be able to work from home has been helpful in balancing my work life balance more. Additionally, the ability to take unpaid or half leave has been useful for managing other commitments and leave requirements.
I think the pay is low in comparison to other graduate roles. A good benefit we do get is a $7000 learning and development budget to spend during the program.
The graduate pay rate isn't particularly amazing but when you consider how much time and funding we are able to invest in our learning and development, you can't really complain. Quite satisfied with the arrangement as a whole
