Not super social, but colleagues are friendly and generally good to work with
Everyone is really nice
The culture varies between workplaces I've been to. The city offices are generally less social, but they encourage team anchors days where everyone comes in, often getting a team lunch etc. which helps build team relationships. My current office is very social, having morning tea together most days. Our team is spread between offices but we try to have in person catch ups and online catch ups regularly.
Surprisingly vibrant for a government department. Everyone in my area seems to get along and there's regular laughter and people often have lunch and grab coffees together.
