All internal training sessions hosted significantly help everyone, and questions are encouraged. Everyone is always willing to put in time to help out.
Each employee is assigned a mentor to report to, with regular catch-up sessions and constructive feedback provided. In addition, after completing each job or client engagement, managers conduct a feedback process, offering reviews and advice on areas for improvement. There are also occasional team-based training programs to further support development.
