While at my level there is a good work-life balance, I can see that at higher levels work-life balance is not ideal. People are generally friendly and work mostly well together.

Great team work, where most people work together respectfully and in a cooperative manner
In office is good, friendly and respected. There is a bit of constant re-structure to my team which is somewhat unstable. Teamwork is great, lots of collaboration and support. After hours is the same, just that a vast majority is pulling constant long hours due to the nature of the project. Which in the long-term isn't healthy.
