Very flexible hours, I tend to do ~8-4. I have been told off for working late a few times. 50% in office requirement, and remote work is encouraged.
CBA has offices across Australia and India, so flexibility is key. Based on the team you're assigned to, you will be able to make arrangements as agreed upon by the team and your manager to adjust your working hours to best fit the team. There's also a 50% work-from-the-office policy that can be achieved based on your own preference.

There is a set in-office attendance rate, otherwise working arrangements are quite flexible.
