It is all manager dependent, which is great. With most managers being flexible and understanding life does happen, so most people will be understanding of your circumstances Remote work is currently encouraged due to capacity, however it is something that is supported here
Depends on the function - each function has a distinct culture. Eg. Tech more casual dress code, more WFH, seem to be less hours. Commercial/Legal/Operations/Supply Chain tend to be busier. Operations and Supply Chain tend to wear polos and business casual whereas Commercial and Legal are more formal and business attire. Remote work has deteriorated due to mandated 2-3 days in recently.
