Graduates at Coles are always encouraged to grow, and everyone here is very supportive of them. Would be great to have more presentation at Head Of, GM and Chief level of former Grads
Will depend on the function and line manager but generally managers and senior leaders engaged with and supportive of graduate development. Graduate talent team also supportive in finding grads suitable roles and advocating for grads during their time in the program.
