This is where Cochlear really shines, flexibility arrangements on when and where I can work is spot on. As a student that often works weird hours, or has to take time off some weeks, this is a major priority and I am grateful that Cochlear facilitates this while also allowing me to maximise my contribution where I can.
I think most people are flexible when it comes to working from home. However, sometimes I am concerned the people around me think I am not doing work when I am home. In these instances, I come to work even when my task can be completed remotely. In general, work-life balance is good. I sometimes need to work overtime a little bit, and I cannot find time to work less to compensate later
Very flexible. They will allow you to work from home if you need and really try and accommodate for those with different circumstances. There are rules coming in about how often people work from home however there are exceptions to this in certain circumstances.
