There is a positive culture with fantastic support from all staff members. Staff are willing to help colleagues and if they see you struggling will always provide support. There is a culture of working together and supporting each other.

The team I'm currently working with is very collaborative, energetic, and always open to new ideas. However, the business unit is quite large, and several teams don't interact much beyond work-related matters. While each team has clearly defined activities, there are few initiatives that promote integration among the three teams.
