Culture is great. Easy to cooperate and work with people no matter which role they have, or their seniority / hierarchy. Socializing through work organised events and outside of work
The company has a lively and inclusive culture that stems from its employee driven networks but is facilitated by strong management support. Further understanding can be built in newer topics of conversation (I disability sponsored by the Enabled network internally) but the culture is good and is on a trajectory to become even better. Key report showed the areas of deficiency internally and training and resources have been rolled out enmasse based upon this.
Great company to work for with flexible working arrangement, heaps of after hours events through networks etc. in office is a great, casual, colaborative environment
