In my role as a Consultant, there are a variety of training programs and development opportunities available that support both technical and professional growth. These include structured onboarding, access to online learning platforms, and regular internal workshops focused on industry trends, tools, and methodologies. I've picked up valuable skills in stakeholder management, data analysis, and strategic thinking, along with refining my communication and presentation abilities. Performance feedback is constructive and ongoing, often delivered through formal reviews and informal check-ins. Coaching and mentoring are also part of the culture, with senior colleagues offering guidance and support to help navigate challenges and grow in the role.
