Questionnaires and an online interview
The interview process followed the typical interview you would expect for a software engineering role. It consisted of two interviews, a behavioural and technical interview. The behavioral interview was very well done; the interviewees did a great job at making me feel comfortable. The technical interview was a bit challenging as I wasn't sure if my approach to solving the coding questions was correct, I was only given confirmation after a few days. But the questions themselves where well thought out and targeted the essential knowledge for programming and problem solving.
No technical assessments, it was actually surprisingly easy to get hired
I had one interview and was extremely satisfied with it because I was able to clarify all my questions during the interview itself. I had the chance of getting to know what the role is about aswell.
