Will be promoted to grade A5 after the graduate program but since the hierarchies have changed now it is a bit difficult to move from A to B grades and the salary increment is below the national average even though you move from A4 to A5 grade after graduating. Performance of an employer is the key to move up the ranks. Also experience in the role is what is looked for when promoting.
