We have grad trainings around once every 1-2 months, which have overall been pretty good. They are all online, but are run pretty well. These sessions are the main trainings/support for graduates. It would have been good to have more graduate focused trainings, especially in the first half of the year that focus on supporting and developing our soft skills and personal & workplace growth. Training and support in navigating certain scenarios could have also been really helpful.
Plenty of training sessions for grads throughout the year as well as an internal growth platform to learn new skills.
I have been given many hands on opportunities which i am super happy with. It is not your typical grad program where you are stuck in the office all week. I've attended senior meetings and have been given a sales territory to account manage. In terms of feedback and training, i have weekly one on ones with the branch manager and have regular training sessions with the other graduates from different branches surrounding many areas of workplace and industry. There is also a lot of exposure to senior management and they always provide a lot of good tips.
The company has taught me many practical, transferable skills as well as develop skills in software that has universal applications across many platforms
