In my first rotation, i had mixed feelings about the tasks i did, but the different range helped. In my current role, i'm working on different things all the time, which i'm really enjoying.
My work is primarily projects. They have been varied which is good.
The first few week may seem slow with mundane tasks but as you find your footing you will certainly be given more responsibility and long term projects.
I have been given challenging tasks to complete which are good learning experiences. Having my own customers to deal with has been a great learning experience where i am able to deal with problems myself and learn from opportunities and mistakes. I feel accountable for my wins and feels like i am adding value to the business. Our grad business development project has also been a fun task to work on as you get to work with the other graduates. My workdays vary from a heavy workload to more admin type days with not as much work.
