Corporate volunteering and a strong commitment to Reconciliation.
There is an active Reconciliation Action Plan with different initiatives to support indigenous communities. The company is also trying to be more sustainable though there is still a lot more that can be done.
bp has a sustainability aims and targets and is taking clear action to try and achieve them. Personally, I am part of the Business Resource Group which focus on sustainability and promoting sustainability to our employees. I have help organise and number of volunteering and health and wellbeing events for our employees.
