The formal training hasn't been great. We did the introductory modules but it really had nothing to do about the Business Services job. I think that if some people could've gone through RED and eased into it would be a good form of training. However, I have learned a lot just from being hands on and juts diving right in. The feedback mentoring and coaching has been great everyone has been super helpful and doesn't get angry when I ask questions - I have really enjoyed the buddy system
It is still early to give feedback on training, but so far what's been provided is sufficient to perform the duties and responsibilities of my role. Mentoring is also provided.
Mandatory training modules are required. Aside from this, no training received.
