I am allowed to work from home some days and if I need to take time off to study, I can. Very flexible.
Very flexible and offer working from home.
The normal hours as per the 9 day fortnight is 8.5/day. However, given my personal workload, I find that I typically work more overtime. Which at times I struggle to avoid given the deadlines and as some tasks are quite urgent that require UK input which I've had to accommodate. I've personally found that when overtime stacks its difficult to take back those hours when the workload slowly decreases. However, when I do have short stints of overtime, I can take back those hours the next day or so. In that respect it is quite flexible working arrangements. WFH is also viable but given my role, its not really an advantage unless I have UK time meetings.
