I have completed and thoroughly enjoys the training I have completed. Now looking for the opportunity to show my capabilities.
I have been given formal education, as well as on the workplace having a mentor to help with my development.
I have been to many trainings at BAE which have made me a better worker.
Aside from introductory training and items on spark, haven't had much exposure to other trainings. I've had one which is an FEA/Ansys training program. I find that in terms of development opportunities I seek them out myself being in WA and a stream 1 graduate. However, my line manager has been very open and accommodating based on what I would like to get exposure/experience to for my own learnings.
