I thought the process was positive. It felt rushed as it was at the end of the recruitment window.
The cohort of interviewees that I was with were split into three groups. As a group, we had to collaborate to make a tall spaghetti tower. Then we had to make a complex origami object, which was introduced as a task that we could communicate in. Lastly, we had individual interviews with a panel of employers. Brunch and supper were supplied for the day which was nice.
It was all communicated very well from the start to offer process.
The recruitment process was very good compared to other companies in defence. There was a lot of transparent communication and prompt responses when inquired. The interview process was very human and less HR but more personal, as I was comfortable asking my own questions and answering any queries based on my own experiences. The assessment were pretty standard.
