Some days I work from the office, some days I work from home. It all depends on what suits the team and myself the best. Working arrangements are very flexible.
Employer is flexible with distribution of hours over the week, as long as a full 40 hours is achieved across the week. There is also flexibility to work from home, although working from the office is highly encouraged as a graduate.
Fully flexible with an unwritten understanding of working all weekdays with at least a major part during regular work hours. Working from home is also an option with equipment provided for easier working.
Very flexible with working hours, WFH possible 1-2 daysd a week if not on an active project site.
I work from home most days, Babcock is flexible and that is great.
