The first stage of recruitment was the standard submission and review of my application and qualifications. The second and final stage was the group interview, in which we were tasked with activities in interview groups. This was fun and interactive, and took some of the pressure off. Finally, a clearance, if not already obtained, must be obtained which the company facilitates.
Online application, phone interview, in person team and individual interview followed by an offer. The entire process was done with transparency in where we were in the process and the results of our application. Was easy to follow and carry out.
