The employer was flexible and provided hybrid working arrangements.
The Fund is AMAZING with both flexible and hybrid working, meaning I can WFH, work from interstate or overseas with the right VISA. I can also make up my working hours at any time if I have an appointment/any personal reason I can't work any hours during the 9-5.
