The office culture is nice. It is very basic and professional. I don't think people are making best friends here, but everyone is quite friendly and happy to get a coffee or chat.
Most of the colleagues are friendly and easy to engage at work.
Although it can be quite difficult at times to build a rapport with my team as most are from interstate, those I do see in the office have been very accommodating. It has also been a great experience meeting and working with all the other grads and building those connections as again everyone has been really supportive of each other!
