Work can be fully remote or in office. My team was extremely flexible around personal commitments. There are of course some weekly meetings like 1/1s or team catch ups that aren't flexible). As an international organisation, if you are collaborating with teams/team members based in other time zones you may need to be flexible about taking meetings before/after typical 9-5 hours. Work is also assessed on output so your 'active' hours aren't monitored as your performance is what is important at Atlassian.
