I'm not too familiar with this. But atlassian has the pledge 1% foundation.
Foundation work, which gives employees opportunities to volunteer and donate to causes they care about, and I really liked how volunteering time is built into the culture. I didn’t personally lead/participate in a CSR project during my internship.
