Phone interview, group / individual interview
There was an initial basic phone interview which if you were successful you would move onto the next step of being invited to the assessment center where you did a several group activities and finished off with an interview.
Interview Process was really smooth, interviewee's were extremely welcoming and professional and I was comfortable when talking to them.
Had a screening phone call/ short interview in the begining. Was then invited to complete in an assessment day where you had to do group based problem solving activities as well as an interview.
After applying online, I received a phone call screening interview that went for 15-20 minutes to discuss the company, my future goals and plans, to see if I was a fit for the company, receiving information about the program and test my knowledge about the company. I was then invited to a group interview/assessment centre where we did mini activities to test how we worked in teams, followed rules, adapted to new situations and worked under pressure with new people. We then had individual interviews, where they asked us questions about the company, our goals and career aspirations, technical questions and how our past work experience will help us with the role.
