Different rotations allow for different skills to be picked up. Whether it's soft vs hard, can get a good variety with the grad program.
There is lots of training opportunities available, the training programs have been good. My favourite was a commercial acumen training, which was so insightful and helped me to decide what i'm passionate about in a bank.
I've recieved many different training programs through my graduate experience - from technical skills to soft skills, and learning more about finance.
For the most part it has been ok - there is a steep learning curve in some teams as you come in quite unfamiliar straight from uni to the corporate life. However from my experience it is quick to stagnate without some self-drive or motivation. You can sometimes be left behind with not much to do or feel like you are not getting challenged enough.
