I am still on my WBLP process. I am not sure I can get promotion. However, it is very good opportunity for my future career.
It's virtually impossible to move past senior because promotions work on "vouch" basis where you need other people at the higher roles to vouch for you, and in Sydney, there are very few people past senior roles.
