1. online application 2. phone screening - asked simple questions about 3. assessment centre - work together in a team to brainstorm ideas about a problem and present infront of the assessors. spoke with assessors after the assessment centre session, and heard from a member of the c-suite. 4. psychometric testing - on the harder end of standard psychometric testing 5. final interview - behavioural questions and questions based around knowledge of python and sql and applying them to problems.
Phone interview, group assessment centre in person, psychometric testing and then interview with hr and manager. whole process was quite smooth.
Very seamless, had a assessment centre and one week later had an interview. after that we recieved calls if we got the job.
