Managers are very assessable and eager to help support the gradates in their development and learning. Great mentor ships available. Continuous feedback on What you are doing well and how you could improve as well as suggesting training to help improve into your role
Although the office has a hot desk arrangement, teams try to select seats close together. Additionally, each team have a chosen day each week where everyone has to come into office. As such, managers are usually very accessible and open to chat.
