While the active recruitment initiatives were great, responses feedback and updates were fragmented over a long period of time - a lot of which required follow up on my end. However, I'm also aware of the hiring process and how busy it was during the time of my recruitment.
It was very professional
Interview was quite relaxed, which was nice. Assessments were probably the best I've done, in terms of the way they were delivered and what they tested. No video interviews was a big plus, as these seem to be everywhere now, and I personally loathe doing them.
It was fairly smooth, it involved HR Phone Screen, Skills Interview and MD interview. All people I met during the process were great.
